As a home health aide with A Better Solution, your services will be required for a commitment—Monday- Sunday with 2 hours each day and your responsibilities will include:

- You should have transfer expertise and proficiency in using a gait belt.

- Have a warm and friendly attitude that brightens the day.

- Having your own vehicle is essential for running errands to enhance the client's experience

- Assist with meal preparation according to dietary guidelines and preferences. Ensure that nutritional needs are met, taking into consideration any specific dietary restrictions.

- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living environment.

- Engage in friendly and supportive conversations to provide companionship.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.

2. Reliable Transportation

3. Communicate in English

4. Maintain a neat appearance
