At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable home health aides to join our team.

As a home health aide with A Better Solution your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with transfers, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Proficiency in handling ostomy bags, urinals, and knowledge of body mechanics
• Offering medication reminders and aiding in the self-administration of medications
• Preparing and serving meals, catering to special dietary requirements when required
• Fostering companionship and engaging in social interactions with clients
• Providing assistance with light housekeeping and laundry as necessary

Must-have Requirements:

• 12-hour shift, with the willingness to stay if relief is delayed
• Prioritizing reliability and punctuality due to the critical nature of the case
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but Home Health Aide (HHA) with experience welcome
• Proven experience with ostomy bags, urinals, and body mechanics

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. Level II background screening, which, if you do not already have one, can cost as little as $90.
