At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable home health aides to join our team. As a home health aide, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.

Description:

This full-time position entails providing assistance for Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Transportation: Transportation required for shopping trips

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to a non-ambulatory female client in her home.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Support with transferring, positioning, and mobility assistance.
• Accompany the client for shopping trips and other outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for the client, promoting independence and well-being.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. CPR Certificate or Card
3. Communicate in English
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Maintain a neat appearance
