A Better Solution In Home Care provides a broad range of in-home services including nurse delegated tasks. We provide care to a wide range of clients including seniors, individuals with special needs, or anyone who just needs basic help around the house. Options may include personal care/hygiene, live-in care, homemaking or housekeeping, Alzheimer's/Dementia care, or services individualized according to need.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
• Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
• Reliable and punctual
• Caring and compassionate
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
