Description of Duties:

• Leading a roofing team to complete high-quality jobs on budget.
• Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Leading and overseeing our exceptional team of subcontractors.
• Safely driving and maintaining a company vehicle.
• Leading your crew members through our company training.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of roofing experience (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in any field (Preferred)
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
• Ability to problem solve in a dynamic work environment
• Self-motivated and desire to grow continuously
• Desire to lead crews and motivate others
• Available to work some evening and weekends when necessary
• Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,500.00 per year

• Tulsa, OK (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Tulsa, OK: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
