What you'll be doing:

• Working with the team to execute work orders with the A-Best quality approach
• Locating and repairing leaks
• Ensuring roofs are watertight
• Maintaining a safe, clean work environment

Qualifications:

Required:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift upwards of 75lbs
• Courteous and professional communication skills
• Contribute to a high-functioning team as well as work independently

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Demonstrated critical thinking/problem solving ability
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders
• Ability to use and maintain roofing equipment - hand tools, ladders, power tools, harnesses, etc.

Preferred skills:

• 2 years of commercial roofing experience
• OSHA Certification
• Knowledge of all roof types
• Experience using software or apps to update progress on jobs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
