A Behavioral Approach is seeking a part-time special needs driver with experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. A V license endorsement is required.

Driving required to pick up clients in Watertown and surrounding towns to transport to our Watertown Center.

In addition to driving, individual would be a floater Behavior Interventionist, covering staff shifts, time offs, etc.

What we are looking for:

• You must be patient, flexible and open to training.
• Someone who wants to be a part of our ever growing team.
• Up to date driver’s license, and willing to drive to offsite locations.
• Please provide a detailed work history and resume.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 7:45-4:00 (hours may be flexible)

*Background checks, fingerprints and current auto insurance are mandatory.

Possible rate increase after 90 days, based on performance
