Night Shift Warehouse Team Lead

This position offers:

• · Pay based on experience
• · 4 day work week (Monday- Thursday)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• · Working 4pm until orders are complete
• · Assist with training and oversee employees
• · Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures
• · Responsible for the accurate loading of delivery vehicles
• · Ensure and maintain a safe work environment
• · Ability to effectively communicate and work with other team members
• · Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• · Lead and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance

Competencies:

• · Experience in warehouse operations
• · Leadership and motivational skills
• · Good communication skills and ability to partner and collaborate effectively with others
• · Time management skills
• · Knowledge of iPad/Computer applications and operations

Qualifications:

• · Must be at least 21 years of age
• · Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• · Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
• · Ability to use company’s policies and procedures to guide decisions and behaviors
• · Ability to drive a forklift

Physical Requirements:

• · Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, carrying, and reaching.
• · Ability to continuously stand or walk
