Job Title: Vending Machine Merchandiser

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Vending Machine Merchandiser.
Responsibilities:
Stocking and Merchandising:
Regularly visit assigned vending machine locations to restock and organize products.
Merchandise vending machines to maximize visual appeal and customer engagement.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure machines are adequately stocked with a variety of products.
Track product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are presented in a neat and appealing manner.
Report any product issues or machine malfunctions promptly.
Cash Handling:
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper change levels in vending machines.
Reconcile cash collected and report any discrepancies.
Customer Service:
Interact with clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and effectively.
Machine Maintenance:
Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, sanitizing, and troubleshooting minor machine issues.
Coordinate with technical support for complex machine repairs.
Route Optimization:
Plan and optimize routes for efficient vending machine servicing.
Report any changes in machine placement or location to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in merchandising, vending, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and operate basic tools for machine maintenance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings, as required.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be willing to work all weather elements
Must past DOT physical / drug test
Must have clean driving record
