A A R Electronics, Inc. is a communications and electronics systems distributor, providing solutions for businesses throughout Louisiana. We are a growing, locally owned, and operated company located in Houma Louisiana. Our clientele include small, medium, and large businesses.
We are seeking a candidate with a Warehouse Manager. This position works closely with all other departments to coordinate all aspects of the daily functions of the company. Candidate must be self-motivated and detail oriented and a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the warehouse
- Receiving of Incoming Freight
- Staging material for projects
- Coordinate and track material repairs
- Maintaining an accurate inventory
- Keep all stock areas clean and organized
- Coordinating fleet maintenance and repairs
- Provide support to sales and production departments
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Strong work ethic
- Good communications/Listening skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills while interfacing with all levels of staff and clients
- Technical aptitude to develop abilities and product knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Computer skills are mandatory
- Ability to pass a background check
