A&A Power Generators has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Generator Field Technician starting immediately! We are an 23-year well-established generator sales and service company located in Miami, Florida. We are looking to hire smart, confident, and honest individuals who are self-motivated and looking for growth in their careers.

Technician Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain and troubleshoot a variety of standby generators.
• Test and operate automatic transfer switches.
• Perform start-up and load bank testing.
• Repair and replace generator components.
• Document all services in a detailed manner.
• Understand schematics and wire diagrams to use for reference during troubleshooting
• Full-time with overtime and emergency calls after hours

Skills and Experience:

• Clean driving and criminal records are required
• Experience in with Generac & Kohler Generators
• Must be able to troubleshoot and think critically
• Clean in appearance and organized in manner
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Familiarity with basic hand tools
• Ability to work with heavy components 25 pounds or more
• Have basic iPad/computer skills
• Minimum experience of 3 years in the Standby Power Generator service field

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rates depending on experience - with plenty of overtime pay.
