A&A Audiology is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Scottsdale, AZ

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments and update records in the system
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical records management

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in using office systems and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, interacting with patients and supporting the daily operations of the office. Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
