Responsibilities:
- Must have an understanding of CFR 38 Book C Schdule for rating disabilties.
- Assist with VA Claims and compensation examination prepertation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our Veterans
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relations
Requirements:
- Medical Terminology ***
- Proven experience in customer relations or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management a related field is preferred, but not required
