A-1 Jay’s Machining Inc. is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Setup Machinist seeking long term employment.

Requirements

• Must have own shop tools
• 3-5 years of experience with CNC MILL SETUP
• SETUP on Horizontal and Vertical Axis Mills a plus.
• Must have Bridge-mill Experience
• Ability to setup Multi Axis CNC Vertical Mills (Matsura, DMG Mori, Haas)
• Work with the Engineering teams to provide crucial input on design for manufacturing.
• Familiar with Fanuc Controls
• Maintain all documented tolerances and geometric requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints.
• Utilize Fanuc controls for programming and operating CNC machines efficiently.
• Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and efficient production.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize workflow and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
