Job Description

We are looking for a Striping & Sweeping Laborer to join our team in Denver!

Since its formation in 1994, A-1 Chipseal dba Rocky Mountain Pavement has been Colorado's premier contractor in providing asphalt maintenance services to both commercial and private customers, specializing in asphalt paving and patching, hot-pour crack seal, sealcoat, chip seal and slurry seal.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests
• Own transportation to and from shop
• Must be able to provide legal right to work in the U.S. as A-1Chipseal/Rocky Mountain Pavement participates in E-Verify
• Physically capable of performing required work
• Professional and Mature Attitude
• Good communication skills are required and an ability to focus on tasks at hand, be a self-motivator, and to work well with others
• Due to the nature of the position, regular and timely attendance is essential and must conform to the company's hours of operation
• Must be a team player

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter and team player who is motivated, reliable, and accountable
• Must be able to take and follow direction and have strong communication skills
• Must be trustworthy and honest
• Must be 100% compliant of all safety requirements and policies
• Striping experience preferred but not required.

Benefits

• Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications, ranges between $18.75 - $22.00 / hour.

In January 2009, A-One Chipseal purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement Maintenance, Inc. and in September 2022, we purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc.
