People who not only embrace change, but who accelerate it. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer Lead to join our team. As a Lead Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will work with a team of talented Salesforce DevOps engineers and collaborate with developers, test engineers and architects to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless integration into our existing infrastructure. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Salesforce development and deployment processes, as well as experience with DevOps tools and methodologies. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively. If you are someone who places a strong value on continuous improvements, engineering efficiency, quality releases and are unafraid to challenge technical constraints to achieve an Agile design, then you may be the ideal candidate! Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations Lead a team of Salesforce DevOps Engineers and help them to collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, monitoring workflow, and ensuring the finished product is successfully delivered. Lead the DevOps adoption: Plan, build, configure, test solutions, analyze, approve new code, identify and perform automation tasks to maintain stable service delivery across all environments to ensure code changes meet quality standards. Manage change control process, production backups, sandbox refreshes and continuously improve release process to drive efficiency. Lead the team adoption of DevOps tooling, plan and govern best practices for release lifecycle including version controls, branching and code merges. Configure, build new and enhance functionality in the Salesforce platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions. Promote automated deployment processes to ensure that all changes are well-tested and ready for production. Coordinate and execute scheduled releases to ensure minimal disruption to the production environment. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to enhance automated test coverage. Assist development teams in resolving code conflicts during integration and deployment phases. Provide feedback to development teams on code quality metrics and drive improvements. Generate and share regular reports on code quality, deployment status, and other key metrics. Maintain clear documentation on DevOps processes, tools, and configurations. Align with Agile Software Development methodology and Salesforce platform architecture standards Basic Requirements Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business from an accredited university. 3 years of experience with one of the following: Salesforce development with Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL. Strong expertise in CI/CD processes, tools and best practices, especially Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, CodeScan. Experience with SonarQube for code quality analysis. Expertise in deploying configurations, custom code, and data across Salesforce environments. Proficiency in automated testing tools and continuous testing, integration methodologies for Salesforce. Deep understanding of version control systems and code merge strategies. Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, System Architect). Experience in deploying Salesforce Experience Cloud configurations, custom code, and data across Salesforce environments. Experience in Agile Scrum practices or SAFe framework. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Good English, excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
