Job Description: UI/UX Designer

Summary:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web pages and landing pages that align with clients brand and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content, to ensure the design meets the needs of our clients and target audience.
Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and intuitive web pages and landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and optimize user flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and web development.
• Create visually stunning and intuitive web applications that enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web page and landing page designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in Agile / scrum development process.
• Educations: Bachelor’s in UX design, Human-computer interaction or a related field.
