900 CMH Services Inc. is Hiring an Organizational Change Management Lead Near Maryville, TN

Position Summary The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead designs and oversees the Organizational Change Management program. The OCM Lead works collaboratively with other Change Management practitioners across the organization to ensure adoption of new solutions and processes. Emphasis is placed on defining success measures, maximizing user adoption, mitigating resistance, and establishing reinforcement activities. The OCM Lead is responsible for the internal certification program and related toolkit to cultivate a competent Change Champion network across the enterprise. The OCM Lead serves as a lead advocate and contributor in building a change-ready culture through ongoing education, the development of a consistent and strategic approach to managing change across the enterprise and tracking OCM progress on enterprise-wide initiatives. Primary Qualifications Supervises, trains and mentors a team of Change Management Facilitators Works closely with team members at all levels across the organization to identify major changes and impacts to the organization that will require change management facilitation and support Defines and applies OCM processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative Connects the program/project vision and objectives to change management deliverables Identifies key stakeholders impacted by the change and develops the change strategy specific to each group Ensures user readiness, by identifying and managing resistance to change and determining and mitigating risks Identifies and manages change management interdependencies across the enterprise Develops surveys, gathers feedback, proposes adjustments and reports on adoption Consults, coaches, engages, and supports project teams, senior leaders, managers, and supervisors to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end OCM strategy Supports the design, development, delivery, and management of communications Ensures feedback-loops are established and provides two-way communications Collaborates with OCM Community of Practice to develop and continually improve standards, guidelines and tools Leads the creation and maintenance of an ongoing list of key enterprise changes; identify stakeholder impact, prioritize change efforts, and identify potential risk Coaches and mentors team members throughout the organization on the importance of Organizational Change Management Trains new team members on the OCM standards, guidelines and tools OCM CoP Steering Committee facilitation, participation and governance Desired Skills Master’s Degree preferred in Business, Technology, Psychology or Organizational Design or similar Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, Psychology or Organizational Design or similar PROSCI Change Practitioner Certification or similar Minimum of 5 years OCM Facilitation Minimum of 2 years Supervisory Experience Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Proven, successful experience applying OCM principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing large-scale and high-risk organizational change efforts Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver complex and high-risk OCM programs throughout an organization A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional with excellent planning and execution skills Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Excellent and proven problem solving and analytical skills (including root-cause analysis) Excellent and proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to appropriate audience Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and to influence at all levels of the organization Expert level understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Exceptional project management skills Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and independently prioritize and escalate issues when necessary Proven Training and Mentoring experience Why Clayton Homes?
