The Insider is responsible for providingfriendly service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. This isdone by taking accurate orders, answering customer questions, preparing pizzadough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetable and meats and executingcustomers’ orders considering special requests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·Reads tickets andmakes all Guest orders correctly.

·Operate all machineryin accordance with Marco’s safety requirements and all applicable state andfederal laws (by law, employees under the age of 18 cannot operate or cleancertain machinery).

·Follows Marco’sprocedures for preparing dough, sauce, and toppings, and correctly making allMarco’s products.

·Maintains supply oftoppings and supplies on the makeline and the cut table.

·Maintains cleanlinessof the store.

·Monitors the ovens andthe baking process. Removes all products from the oven, cuts, and packagescorrectly and quickly. Identifies finished products and matches them to orderslips. Performs final quality and accuracy check of all orders. Ensures box-topflyers are applied when available.

·Recognizes and reactsto inferior products from the supplier.

· Works with Drivers and Manager to ensureefficient routing of deliveries.

·Communicatesfrequently with management and other employees

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

·ServSafe certified

·Maintain a positive,can-do attitude and demeanor conducive to a 5-star Guest experience.

·Maintain compliancewith all company, store, federal, state, and local policies, procedures, lawsand ordinances as required (particularly with regards to food, health, andsafety).

·Maintain a just-openedstore and personal appearance - unless actively making a product, all employeesshould be cleaning, all the time.

·Advocate anddemonstrate Marco’s Cultural Beliefs on a daily basis.

·Avoid any use ofpersonal electronic devices while on the clock.

·Demonstrate teamworkand a sense of urgency.

·Abide by all policiesas set forth in this Handbook and the Marco’s Manuals.

Working Conditions and/or PhysicalRequirements:

·Must be able to standfor long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day

Need to be able to liftminimum 50 lbs.
