Tracks, receives, and coordinates deliveries of raw materials and chemicals. 2. Enters receiving data into the company database in order for Accounts Payable to remit payments to vendors. BOL's are picked up at the security gatehouse on site every morning. 3. Coordinate with Managers to ensure that proper materials and supplies have been received. 4. Performs cycle counts on a weekly basis of packaging materials. 5. Assists with coordinating the year end finished goods inventory. 5. Receive and track pallets, bags, packaging materials, chemicals, and fuels for the plant. Packing slips for these materials must be received promptly to avoid inventory problems. 6. Reports inventory counts to Finance and Purchasing for month end closing, and to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. 6. Track and receive deliveries of chemicals including but not limited to soda ash, lime, caustic soda, sulfuric acid, citric acid, sodium silicate, and magnesium hydroxide. 7. Maintains historical records of chemical deliveries and their certificates of analysis in the event of an internal or external audit. 7. Track usage and deliveries of gasoline, diesel, and propane fuels. 8. Pick up and drop off USPS mail on a daily basis. Distribute mail. Occasionally drop off Fedex and/or UPS. 9. Participates in the annual physical inventory. 10. Other duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager, Site Manager, and Hub Director. High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
