Job Description: We're seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and elevate patrons’ experience. As a key player in our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive attendance, enhance brand visibility, and create memorable experiences for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events, themed parties, and special promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Manage and grow our online presence through social media platforms, ensuring timely and relevant updates to keep our audience excited and engaged.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our nightlife offerings.
• Coordinate with influencers, artists, and local communities to expand our reach and build strong relationships within the nightlife scene.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or at least 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or event promotion.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Must be able to oversee full cycle of marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Work Environment:

This will be primarily an office role but regular commuting to venues as well as business events locally will be required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
