DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely and labeled correctly.

Inventory Management: Regularly check inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the management team.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers, shipment dates, and recipient details.

Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages before shipment, ensuring that every package sent meets our high-quality standards.

Speedy Delivery: Ensure that all packages are sent out in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.

Communication: Coordinate with the customer service team to address any customer inquiries or issues related to shipping.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate all shipping equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Clean criminal record required; must pass a background and drug test
• Lawfully able to handle and own firearms
• Previous experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies or errors
• Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising accuracy
• Proficient in using computer systems and shipping software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be in excellent physical condition
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds throughout the day
• Comfortable climbing ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps
• Able to walk, stand on feet, or remain seated for extended hours
• Ability to work in hot or cold non-climate controlled environments.
• Frequently bend over during tasks
• Must have good verbal and writing skills
• Must take basic online pre-employment assessment
