We are currently in need of entry-level management trainees to fill our roles here in the New Jersey area. We are seeking competitive, driven, and determined individuals to help continue to grow our team.
The entry-level management trainee is expected to report to the office daily. They must meet or converse with their team lead and/or manager for further development and product knowledge. Additionally, the entry-level management trainee will promote products and services to potential customers. They will greet and inform customers with the utmost level of customer service.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of work experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, restaurant experience, communications, military, and marketing (preferred experience, not required. A student mentality and willingness to learn is preferred over experience)
