JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager assumes full responsibility for everything at their stand – all aspects of day-to-day and strategic operations. This includes the location’s sales growth, profitable operation, and the preservation of 7 Brew’s amazing culture and spirit in alignment with our Core Values, creed and mission statement. In addition to working scheduled shifts, the Manager is expected to coach and train their crew, perform admin duties, and generally oversee operations. Today, we’re cranking out all kinds of custom-hand crafted drinks in different locations throughout the country.
