What do we need you to do?

* Greet EVERYONE that walks into our store

* Take coffee orders with a smile

* Prepare the perfect cup for our guest.

* Make VERY COOL latte art.

* Basic knowledge on coffee grinder, espresso machines & in shop machinery.

* Have FUN! Learn while also doing the following...

• Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques for different coffee drinks.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Maintains and improves the appearance of store and coffee bar.
• Records and accurately processes purchases using the POS system; collects and processes payments from the customer including cash, Apple Pay, credit and debit cards.

What we would like to see from your prior experience?

***ATLEAST 2 years Barista experience!

• Prior retail/customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Regularly handles hot beverages.
• Basic money handling skills.
• Understanding of computer POS system.
• Frequently required to use hand and finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• High organizational ability and detail oriented.
• Reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
