Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain positive guest relations
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Sanitize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations and food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
Note: Prior experience as a bartender is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and enthusiasm for the role.
