Full Job Description – Associate Trial Attorney Grade 5

Responsibilities include:

• Conducts initial call to new clients, 
• Assess new cases, 
• Respond to client inquiries, 
• Attend and participate in Global Settlement Conferences, 
• Approve funding requests, 
• Review bodily injury and property damage demands, 
• Handle Negotiations in Pre-Litigation and Litigation, 
• Handle suits in a timely manner,
• Conduct mediations, depositions, and trials, 
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Personal injury experience preferred
• Juris Doctorate degree
• Member in good standing with the GA State Bar
• Additionally being a member of any neighboring state bar is preferred

Salary

• $64,030.48
• $727.62 in monthly incentive
• 5 resolutions and $46,500 net fees to firm to quality for monthly incentive
