As a Jewelry Consultant, your role is pivotal in guiding customers through their journey of purchasing jewelry, providing them with personalized and memorable experiences.
Your duties entail the following : 1. Customer Guidance : You will assist customers in making purchases through in-person and virtual appointments, ensuring each interaction is personalized and unforgettable.
2. Sales Lead Management : You will handle a high volume of incoming sales leads efficiently to achieve individual and team goals and revenue targets.
3. Online Customer Support : You will proactively respond to online customer inquiries, offering sales assistance via live chats and phone calls, with an emphasis on providing a luxury customer experience that reflects the quality of our products.
4. Continuous Improvement : You will review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, collaborating with your leaders to enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance.
5. Sales Strategy : You will employ sales strategies and innovative problem-solving techniques to guide customers through various purchasing decisions, including ring settings and diamond selections.
6. Product Knowledge : You will develop and showcase extensive product knowledge, particularly concerning our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
7. ERP Utilization : You will efficiently use our ERP system to manage tasks and facilitate cross-functional communication.
8. Brand Advocacy : You will serve as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
Requirements Luxury retail sales experience of at least one year. Weekends required. Excellent communication and presentation skills essential.
