77 Consultants is Hiring a Registrar - K12 School Near New York, NY

The Registrar is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the School’s current and archived academic records. The Registrar collaborates with the offices of Academic Life, Admissions, Business, Technology, College Advising, and the three divisional offices in these responsibilities. The Registrar reports to the Academic Dean, chairs the Enrollment Committee, runs calendar meetings and is a member of the Academic Affairs Committee and the Administrative Council.
Responsibilities include:
● Gathering, organizing and maintaining complete and accurate student and program data in digital platforms including Google Suite, Excel, Blackbaud, and TADS, in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
● Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the online student information system (Blackbaud) with respect to student and family information, course offerings, rosters, teaching assignments and course meeting times and locations
● Providing transcripts for the College Advising Office, divisional offices, the Dean of Students, and alumnae; maintaining a system for regular review of transcript accuracy over time, including transcript notes and supplements (leaves, semesters away, AP scores, etc.)
● Chairing the Enrollment Committee and managing the student re-enrollment process
● Creating and managing the enrollment dashboard
● Managing annual rollover tasks for placement and student status including withdrawal, new enrollments and promotion
● Creating queries and preparing reports on students
Qualifications include:
● A bachelor’s degree
● Five years of relevant experience in a secondary or post-secondary academic setting
● In-depth knowledge of and experience with Google Suite, student information systems and student billing systems, and the initiative to stay current on these programs
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● A high degree of organization and exacting attention to detail
● The ability to work collaboratively and in consultation
