Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Precision Surface Grinding Technician located in Buffalo Grove, IL. Reporting to the Tooling Manager, the Precision Surface Grinding Technician role involves operation grinding machines. What a typical day looks like: Grind top and bottom, square and grind all parts to size Set up an operate Okamoto water grinder, 16x32, 12x24, 20x40 Ability to hold tight tolerances Inspect and document all work Efficiently run two machines Understand and follow schedule Record time on projects Maintain good surface finishes Mitsui surface grinding Clean and maintain grinder and surrounding area The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 3-5 years grinding experience CNC ID/OD experience a plus CNC Grinding a plus General machine shop experience What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Full range of medical benefits, dental, vision Life Insurance Matching 401K PTO Tuition Reimbursement Employee discounts at local retailers Job Category Operations Is Sponsorship Available?
