Wanted: Part-Time Leasing Consultant

755 Broad seeks a professional, responsible, and outgoing part-time Leasing Consultant to join our team!

We take great pride in managing a beautiful property and working with the best residents in town. We are looking for a Leasing Consultant who will love our community as much as we do.

The Leasing Consultant will present the community and the apartments to prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service to existing residents.

Regular Responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

-Directing leasing tours (virtually and/or in-person)

-Answering phones and emails

-Inspecting show units (when available) to verify they are in show condition

-Assisting in marketing efforts and attending occasional marketing events

-Keeping social media accounts current and lively

-Assisting with move-outs and move-ins

-Planning periodic resident events

-Filing and data entry

The successful candidate is responsible and self-motivated, has great communication skills (both written and verbal), and is comfortable communicating with prospects and residents on a regular basis. Attention to detail and the genuine desire to learn about the property are a must, and prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is a plus.

The Leasing Consultant will work approximately 20-30 hours per week. Consistent Saturday availability from 10am to 5pm (with lunch break) is required and weekday hours are flexible depending on your schedule (some afternoon availability is preferred). 755 Broad and its parent company offer competitive pay and lease commissions.
