About Atria Health Revenue Cycle Management:

Atria Health has built a proprietary Revenue Cycle analytics platform which provides real-time information in a user-friendly format which eliminate the reliability upon difficult-to-use applications like the EBO out of eCW. Using these proprietary tools, structured problem-solving, and performance management process, Atria Health has been able to demonstrate a 3.7% improvement in collections performance within the first 6 months of operations.

Atria Health is looking to grow its Revenue Cycle Management team by investing in a Vice-President management function. This Vice President would:

1. Evolve and improve the Revenue Cycle analytics platform to improve its accuracy and effectiveness, particularly with cardiac Ambulatory Surgery Centers
2. Diagnose and create an action plan for new cardiology practices that join Atria Health
3. Build in-house Revenue Cycle Management functions for new practices that join Atria Health, either in-market or centrally (to be determined)
4. Monitor productivity of RCM across member cardiology practices, set goals for improvement, and coach to meet those goals
