• Crusher operation, maintenance, inspection, and repairs
• Organize set up, tear down and transportation of crusher and related equipment
• Supervise and be a team leader amongst other crew
• Proficiency in operation of support equipment
• Perform all duties within safety guidelines set by MSHA and company policies
• Document and track usage of equipment and production rates
• Extensive Travel

• Applicant must be 18 years of age
• Verifiable work experience as an operator or supervisor on a crusher crew
• MSHA certificate or willingness to obtain
• Demonstrated mechanical, troubleshooting and welding/fabrication skills
• Possess and maintain a valid Class C drivers license
• Fluent with basic computer skills such as excel, word and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical ability test
• Possess the ability to lead a team under pressure with strict deadlines
• Ability to complete work and related tasks in adverse weather conditions
• Must possess a good understanding of gradations
• Must have mechanical knowledge of equipment and able to perform routine maintenance
