Home Health Care Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating healthcare services for the LHCSA.
- Monitor Clinical Compliance by ensuring the agency operates within the standards of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the NY DOH.
- Conduct home visits to supervise staff, conduct in-take assessments, and evaluate care.
- Participate in Quarterly Quality Improvement Committee meetings to ensure proper Clinical Compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/RN license required.
- Car required with valid drivers' license, registration, and required insurance
- Ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, good organizational and time management skills, good business sense, and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
