Great opportunity to join 63 Family Dental which is a Multi-Specialty Dental Practice focusing on General and Cosmetic Dentistry as well as Orthodontic and Periodontics. We are currently looking for a Part time General Dentist as an associate dentist at our friendly and professional dental office. 63 Family Dental is a busy and well established practice with mostly PPO, self-pay, and some Medicaid patients.

  • Candidates must have current Illinois Dental Board License
  • DEA, NPI, and Mal-Practice Insurance
