Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Drain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation, as well as extensive knowledge of drain cleaning and repair techniques. They will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, providing efficient solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties

• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage

• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to complete plumbing and drain projects safely and efficiently

• Conduct drain cleaning and sewer line inspections using specialized equipment

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options, pricing, and timelines

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and labor hours

• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and plumbing codes/regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumbing technician, with a focus on drain cleaning and repair

• Valid plumbing license or certification (if required by state or local regulations)

• Proficiency in plumbing tools and equipment, including drain snakes, augers, and hydro-jetting machines

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
