Pay Rate: $48k/year to $65k/year, depending on experience

Position Summary: The Installation Mechanic serves as the HVAC installation crew leader and is responsible for supervising Installation Assistants on job sites, completing commercial HVAC replacements and new systems

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time to stock the truck with common materials needed
• Oversee job installations to ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area
• Conduct proper startup procedures and troubleshoot startup issues
• Work within project management software to ensure all processes are documented
• Supervise Installation Assistants, ensuring all work is quality controlled and good use of time management
• Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications
• Field transitions on ductwork
• Maintain good working conditions for all company-provided assets and equipment

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Arrive and be ready to start work by 7:30 am
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• 4 years of commercial HVAC Installation experience
• Must be able to follow easy-to-use procedures and have a good work ethic, great attitude, and great customer service
