We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to care for our properties (Hispanic Preferred)

• Clean Bedrooms by replacing and/or washing lines.
• Clean and dust office space; empty trash, clean, and sanitize surfaces, empty wastebaskets, etc.
• Maintain supply inventory
• Cleaning of Kitchen, including dishes with dishwasher machine or hand if necessary
• Dusting shelves, walls, and other surfaces throughout the house
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Stock supplies as needed and/or requested
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Experience/Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently for quick turnovers
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals/supplies and how to use them
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently and take pride in their work
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/evenings/early mornings, and nights
• Can communicate in English required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
