We are seeking a skilled and motivated PR and Charity Events Manager to join our team. If you are ready to use your strategic communication skills to elevate our brand and contribute to meaningful charitable initiatives, we want to hear from you!

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company's public image, increase brand awareness, and promote key messages
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing charity & PR events aligned with the company's values and objectives
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for media inquiries
  • Creating and distributing press releases, media kits, and other materials to secure positive coverage
  • Organizing and coordinating appearances for key executives 
  • Managing event budgets, logistics, and post-event evaluations
  • Identifying and establishing partnerships with charitable organizations that align with our values
  • Leveraging social media and other platforms to amplify the company's charitable efforts
  • Working with our social content team to execute viral content strategies that live on in-house socials to further amplify efforts 

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • A minimum of 3 years working within the entertainment industry as a Public Relations Manager or similar role 
  • Proven experience in public relations and event management
  • Experience planning, executing and overseeing charitable events
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for philanthropy and community engagement

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The PR/Charity Events Manager will report directly to the Content Senior Manager

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:  All the action takes place at our studio in Burbank, CA!

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS: The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, specific times will be discussed during the interview
