Job Title: Maintenance / General labor

We are looking for someone that can handle maintenance and emergency tasks at short term rental properties.

You must have your own transportation.

We are specifically looking for someone who can work on Saturdays and Sundays, the rest of the schedule can be very flexible.

When not handling maintenance on the short term rentals you will be assisting a small remodel crew and maintaining job site properties.

- General maintenance on rental properties

-pool maintenance and up keep

-mowing and landscaping

-general labor on remodel projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
