Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank) Full/Part-Time Full time Job Type Regular Compensation full time $15/hr Job Description Basic Purpose Under general direction of the Park Manager, the Customer Service Specialist I uses the reservation system to make/edit/cancel reservations, check-in/check-out guests, collects campsite and parking fees, assists with cleaning office area, assists with stocking resale merchandised and monthly inventory, and provides information about park facilities, local amenities, and upcoming activities in the area. Must be able communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Typical Functions Helps guests with campsite reservations and assist guests with parking fees. Responsible for collecting fees and processing credit cards in the office. Provide Park information to guests. Performs other duties as assigned when necessary. Flexible scheduling, weekends, and holidays required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies Knowledge of basic arithmetic, collecting fees, and experience in technology. Ability to possess excellent customer service skills, to deal with the public in person, and on the phone and be able to resolve minor complaints. Must be able to learn the reservation system and operate it under little to no supervision. Education and Experience None.
