Job Description:
As a Chauffeur Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified chauffeurs to meet the needs of our discerning clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Utilizing various recruiting methods to attract experienced chauffeurs, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
2. Screening and interviewing potential candidates to assess their driving skills, professionalism, and customer service abilities.
3. Conducting background checks and verifying references to ensure the quality and reliability of hired chauffeurs.
4. Collaborating with the operations team to match chauffeurs with client assignments based on availability and expertise.
5. Providing necessary training and guidance to newly hired chauffeurs to uphold our high service standards.
6. Maintaining accurate records of recruiting activities and chauffeur profiles to facilitate efficient staffing.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
