We are a busy and thriving gymnastics facility in Wheat Ridge with over 700 families! Join our Front Desk department, where you'll play a pivotal role in our front desk operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Gym Manager, you'll manage administrative tasks, handle enrollment and account management, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers (adults and children). You will be providing excellent customer service in a very fast paced environment through email, phone calls and in person. Other duties include ensuring that the lobby and front of house areas are tidy, organized and presentable, decorating for holidays, coordinating staff birthday recognition, and collaborating with on-site managers. Must be available Monday-Thursday afternoon/evenings and Saturday mornings.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with previous experience in front desk management or a customer-facing role.
