Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as front end loader. Your attention to detail and ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently will contribute to the smooth operation of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment to place material where needed and push out stuck semis as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment. Training available
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
