The Role Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greets employees and announce clients and visitors Maintain neat appearance of office environment Access security management and guest registration Issue visitor and employee passes Ensure office equipment is in good operating condition and arrange equipment service as needed via internal systems Log and track maintenance requests Scheduling and preparation of meeting and conference rooms Office supply management In and outbound courier management Perform general clerical and other duties as assigned Who You Are To perform this role successfully, we are seeking an individual who can perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements list below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Experience and Education HS Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 2 – 3 years front desk, concierge or customer service or other hospitality experience is preferred. Certificates and Licenses None Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Comfortable and engaging with new people. Warm and engaging demeanor. Ability to access circumstances, empathize and offer help. Reasoning Ability Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. Other Skills and/or Abilities Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Good organization skills.
