Retail Sales Driver/Merchandiser

505 Southwestern is currently seeking a Retail Sales driver to service our customers in Denver and the surrounding areas. This is a non-CDL position with weekends off. Wage is Hourly (Non-Exempt) plus bonus potential based on exceeding sales goals provided by company. Company vehicles are provided.

Job Duties and Daily Responsibilities:

· Visit assigned retail store locations to merchandise and sell products for internal company brands.

· Maintain notes from field activity.

· Utilize sales materials and product knowledge.

· Establish and maintain customer relationships.

· Identify and resolve customer concerns.

· Communicate new products, sales opportunities, and sales developments.

· Execute sales plans to reduce inventory.

· The Retail Sales Driver is expected to report to work at the hour required to complete given route within the time constraints of the customer (Schedule: 4:30-5:00am to -1:30-2:00pm daily).

· Must begin and end day at 4701 E. 50th Avenue, Denver CO, 80216.

· Other Duties may be assigned to you from time to time.

· Be able to use Android Tablet Point of Sale system to record Invoices and Returns.

· Must be able to use Android Tablet Go Spot Check system to record notes and maintain details for customer relationships.

Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years old with a valid driver license and licensed for 3 years.

· Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record review.

• No DUI's in the past 3 years.
• Able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Able to lift packages to your chest (up to 50 lbs., most are less than 15 lbs.) in repetition.
• Friendly Outgoing Personality.

· Able to drive a 20 ft. box truck and/or Van

· Able to climb in and out of company cab in repetition.

· Must exercise courteous behavior, obey all traffic laws, and utilize the vehicle in a respectful manner.

· Able to maintain assigned vehicle (oil, tire pressure, washes, etc.)

Pay: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour
