```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Transmit customer information to technicians for evaluation and repair
- Provide estimates for automotive services and repairs
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services and products as appropriate
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a service writer or customer service role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to accurately estimate automotive repairs and services
- Familiarity with oil changes, shocks/struts, tire services, and wheel alignments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
