Essential Duties & Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Greet and welcome guests.

• Perform custodial duties such as, but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, panning/sweeping, disposing of trash, change trash bags as needed, cleaning restrooms (clean toilets/urinals, countertops, and fill dispensers), cleaning and sanitizing tables and counters, cleaning windows, mirrors, walls, doors, carpet and other furnishings.

• Maintain knowledge of cleaning solutions; preventative maintenance of equipment, and cleaning of equipment.

• At all times maintain a courteous, positive and professional working relationship with co-workers, guests and vendors.

• Develop a thorough knowledge of services, amenities and surroundings, providing accurate directions and information.

Education and certifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Obtain, within thirty days from date of employment, New Mexico Food Handlers certification, and maintain certification throughout employment.

Essential Requirements:

• The job requires the ability to push/pull, carry, lift, and slide/transfer 1-50 lbs. 25-50% of the time.

• Ability to bend over, hear, reach overhead, stand, talk, turn/twist, walk, and repetitively use hands 51-100% of the time.
