Position: Client Manager – Information Security Location: 12950 Worldgate Drive, Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20190 Duties: Use knowledge of, and experience with, information security standards, processes, management systems, audit principles, practices and techniques, and international standards including ISO 27001, 9001, 20000, 19011, 17021, 27006, and 20000-6 to deliver third-party international standards audit services to assigned clients in accordance with all company, scheme and regulatory requirements. Manage portfolio of assigned clients including client contact, visit scheduling, assessment planning, conducting assessments, and reporting and managing the results. Monitor assigned client accounts to ensure proper handling of records, visit cycle, invoicing and other related matters. Lead assessment teams, when necessary, providing mentoring and coaching to new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet business needs. May telecommute from any location in continental United States. Requires domestic travel approximately 90% of time to conduct audits at client facilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics, Communications, Business, Engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience evidencing demonstrable ability to perform the stated job duties.
