Some of the tasks you will be performing as a Spa Associate:

• Service tasks
• Set up and prepare rooms for services
• Bring clients into our services (Salt Cave, Foot Bath, Sauna) and give orientation
• Clean & dry customer’s feet after the foot bath service
• Clean foot-bath tubs after each session
• Clean saunas after each session
• VERY IMPORTANT: Keep everything running on time (this is very critical to the spa operation and can sometimes be stressful, if you are not a proactive person or someone who does not have good time management skill)
• Spa-keeping tasks:
• Restock sheets and towels in massage rooms, saunas, etc
• Clean & maintain foot bath modules
• Clean and maintain saunas
• Wash and fold laundry (massage sheets, towels)
• Wash cups
• Restocking bathrooms
• Wipe down bathroom counters
• Take out trash
• Sweeping and vacuuming rooms
• Wipe down retail product shelves
• Restocking products in retail space
• check customers in for services
• book customers into services
• answer phone

Total starting Salary is about $20.00 - $23.00 / hour

Base salary is $ 18/hour and tips average $2.50-4.50 / hour

Requirements

Job requirements for Spa Associate:

• A friendly and welcoming personality
• Experience in any of these areas: customer service, retail, spa, health and wellness or hospitality industry
